I understand that for some, starting therapy can feel like an intimidating process and it is my intention with each session to gain your trust and confidence. One way I aim to do this is by creating an online space that feels relaxed, safe and natural to share.

I often like to begin sessions with a brief meditation, deep breathing or other grounding practice to help ease into the presence of the moment. Sessions are tailored to fit your preferences and may be structured, organic or a hybrid of the two. If you’re not sure which you prefer, this is something we will discuss in the first 1-3 sessions and can always be adjusted as we go along.
